Most, if not all, of the management process for accruals is automated through the web interface. This means that partners can apply for funds, receive fund allocation confirmations, and process the entire transaction with minimal need to contact customer service. The PRM provides full monitoring of the process and may incorporate approval authorizations.
Product Accreditation
Product accreditation management ensures that the channel partners are well equipped before they begin selling a new line of product. The benefit of representing a company’s product line is managed through PRM training, certification, and accreditation tracking. Automated business logic tracks partners’ progress toward meeting accreditation requirements. Once accredited, the PRM manages the ongoing continuing education requirements.
