Contacts
Comprehensive information is maintained for each entity related to your partner program, whether it be an individual person or an entire organization. This includes standard information such as name, address, phone, fax, email, etc. But it also includes more detailed information that can dramatically impact your business relationship such as industry classification, target markets, revenue projections, product accreditation, distribution channels, service capabilities, and more. Contact information is captured through client input, partner input, public web-form inquiries, and event uploads such as from trade shows.

Events
History is made and progress is tracked by the recording events in your PRM.
