ForecastingThe Forecasting module projects and tracks labor utilization by job and by person or personnel classification. It can forecast at any of several intervals: monthly, quarterly or annually. It also produces reports containing projections for up to 24 future periods. Projected labor utilization can be compared with actual utilization for time periods in which actual timesheet data are available. Comparisons can include hours, direct labor, and/or burdened labor costs. |
