Breuer & Co�s job cost accounting module will allow for processing client invoices, payments and other transactions, and prints aging reports, cash projections reports, cash receipts reports.

The job cost accounting module will also print client invoices and statements that are ready for mailing. This is the job cost accounting software to successfully manage all of your job cost accounting needs.

Our job cost accounting module provides for comprehensive integration with other modules (Cash Receipts, General Ledger, and Sales Order Processing). It also provides for a number of automatic billing methods, in which invoices are calculated automatically and printed ready for mailing. These include invoices that are generated directly from the job cost accounting system.

Invoices for time and materials (T&M) jobs
Invoices for cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) jobs
Invoices for fixed price jobs with an invoice amount calculated based upon percentage complete
Invoices triggered by reaching contractually specified deliverables or milestones.
Invoices arising from client contracts (e.g., leases) that provide for a specific billing schedule.
Invoices associated with shipments against sales orders.

The job cost accounting module provides automated, repetitive invoicing capability to handle recurring invoices (e.g. maintenance invoices billed on a monthly, quarterly or some other basis) The module also allows automated deferred revenue recognition, e.g., for cases where a single invoice is issued for services or products to be delivered over a period of several months or a year. An additional feature of the job cost accounting module is that it offers the ability to separately bill and track retainage amounts, on jobs where contractually required.
