Online Applications

Lead Management
Leads are managed in both directions from the partner upwards and from the company to the partners. Leads can be assigned to partners and re-routed as needed. Incentive programs are often tied to lead management use to encourage lead generation and quality follow-up.

Secure Partner Access
The PRM partner portal has secure login access for each partner employee who utilizes the system. This access allows for varying levels of read and update access depending on the authorization granted to each specific user. Typically, only one person within the partner organization may be permitted to update partner-related financial and contact information. Other individuals may have read-only access to this same information. And yet still others, will not see this partner-level information at all, but will only be allowed to interact with the lead-management and sales information for their specific accounts.
